Welcome to Scan & Match. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Scan & Match mobile application ("App") operated by Scan & Match ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Scan & Match, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

We offer authentication through email/password, Apple Sign In, and Google Sign In. By using social login options, you also agree to the respective terms of Apple and Google.
Scan & Match offers a free tier with the following lifetime limits:
These are lifetime limits, not renewable allowances. Once you've used your free scans or wardrobe adds, they do not reset. Credits are consumed when the AI analysis begins, regardless of whether you save the result. Deleting items does not restore credits.
For unlimited access, Scan & Match offers two Pro subscription plans:

Pro subscribers receive:
The Annual Pro subscription includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all Pro features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will be charged the annual subscription price.
Important: To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial period. Cancellation must be done through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play Store).
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms of the respective app store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:
We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. All subscription management must be done through the app store where you made your purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
Refunds are handled according to the refund policies of Apple and Google:
Refunds are processed at the discretion of the app store platforms. We will make reasonable efforts to support legitimate refund requests.
To avoid being charged after a free trial, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial period, you will retain access to Pro features until the trial expires, then your account will revert to the free tier.
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to Scan & Match ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the App's services.

The App, including its design, features, algorithms, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Scan & Match and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written consent.
The App integrates with third-party services including:
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS. FASHION SUGGESTIONS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCAN & MATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scan & Match and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion:
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and cancel any active subscription.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scan & Match operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Scan & Match regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
